TULSA STATE FAIR AGH PACKAGING EVENT

We invite you to join our efforts in #11daysofawesome at the Tulsa State Fair as we hold a Sponsor-driven Packaging Event to package at least 100,000 meals for those going hungry in our community. This event is scheduled to be held from September 29th to October 9th in the Sage Net (Expo) Center at the Tulsa State Fair Grounds.
The Tulsa Fair has a history of over 1.2 million visitors annually. We would love for you to be involved by becoming a meal sponsor and taking part in packaging high-nutrition food for families in need.
All donations go towards the goal of meals!
Just .35/meal.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
- Community Sponsor - $35,000
Sponsor our entire event!!
Company name /logo displayed at all pre-event and post-event activities. Company name /logo prominently displayed at Against Global Hunger booth. Each day committed to promoting your business at the booth with sponsor provided flyers, cards, and branding materials. Social Media live throughout the days promoting your business as the Community sponsor. Your team partnered with volunteer groups on site packaging meals for the community to see.
Sponsor may send up to 10 volunteers per day to engage with community and participate in hands-on packaging event for approximately 4 hours to help package the daily goal of 10,000 meals. Volunteer tickets are included in this sponsor package.
Directly provides 100,000 meals for local families!!
- Awesome Sponsor - $3500
Company name or logo displayed at all pre-event and post-event activities. Company name/ logo prominently displayed at Against Global Hunger booth. A full day committed to promoting your business at the booth with sponsor provided flyers, cards, and branding materials. Social Media live throughout the day promoting your business as the daily sponsor. Your team on site packaging meals for the community to see.
Sponsor sends up to 10 volunteers to engage in hands-on packaging event for 3-4 hours to help package the daily goal of 10,000 meals. Volunteer tickets are included in this sponsor package. Directly provides 10,000 meals for local families!!
- Pantry Sponsor - $1750
Company name/logo inclusion on Sponsored by banner and social media posts. Provides 5,000 meals for charity pantries!
- Nurturing Sponsor - $350
Provides one thousand meals to children and families in need!
- Family Sponsor - $35
Provides one hundred meals to children and families in need!
- Essentials Sponsor - $10.50
Provides thirty meals to children and families in need!
2nd Annual Food Fore Kids Golf Tournament

Battle Creek Golf Club
Against Global Hunger has a 2021 date! Our fundraising golf tournament is set for Sunday afternoon, May 16th in hopes that everyone can congregate safely and have the special good time that only a golf tournament can provide!
We will play a shotgun start at Battle Creek Golf Club in Broken Arrow. Time to be determined.
All activities, from the registration to the awards at the end of play will be on their wonderful patio area.
